9. How Long We Store Your Data? 

We only keep your personal data for as long as we need to use it as described above in section 4, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it or maximum 6 years after completing your order. Personal data collected for contact purposes will be stored no longer then 12 months from the last contact with you.

These third parties may process/transfer your data to countries outside of the E.U. but only in accordance with the relevant legislation and using the appropriate legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer.

11.4 We control your personal data throughout and assure you that it will only be used for the purpose outlined above. All processors acting on our behalf only process your data in accordance with instructions from us and comply fully with this privacy notice, the data protection laws and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
